Yip’s Chemical Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1971 and was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1991 (Stock Code: HK00408). In 2012, the Yip's Chemical Co., Ltd. merged its lubricants business to establish Yip's Lubricants (Group) Co., Ltd., with a production base in Dongguan, Guangdong. It produces and sells automotive lubricants and industrial lubricants mainly under the two brands of [Hercules] and [Pacoil]. In 2022, Yip's Lubricants officially began contract manufacturing and operating the Global 500 brand [Petronas Urania].
